The decision rendered at 2:00 P.?:", was to the effect the equipment of the two lowest bidders, Howard-Cooper Corporation and l,vestern Tractor & Equipment Company on International and Caterpi11F-r loaders, would be in:::pected by the Board members during t.he'week. Mr. :1. T. Pentecost and Mrs. Rex McInnes appeared relative to the decision of the B02rd on the Gardiner road under dispute on 'fax Lot 3, - SW of SIN, Sec. 27, Twp. 30 N., R2 W. ~'l. M. The Board ruled that the road is on priVate property and the County will pot maintain that portion of the road. The matter is between the individuals and must be settled between them. The Pro secuting Attorney, ~'l. J. Daly, advised the Board to declare by ii.esolution that the road in question is not a public road ElIJd will not be included in any road mal ntenance in the future. Mr. Max Plattner appeared complaining t.hat amusement devices being conducted at South Point are not licensed.
