SECTION XI The proceeds of the tax imposed hereunder shall be credited to the county school fund monthly for distribution to the school districts entitled thereto, PROVIDED, that one-half of one per cent of the proceeds of this tax shall be credited to the county current Expense fund out of which all cost and expense of administering this ordinance, including cost of printing stamps and forms of affidavits and receipts and other forms which may be necessary, shall be paid. I SEC'rION XII This ordinance is deemed severable and any declaration by any court that any section or sections, or portions thereof, are inval~d, shall have no effect on the remainder of this ordi nance. SECTION XIII This ordinance is necessary for the immediate support of county government and its existing public institutions and shall take effect i~nediately and shall remain in effect until and including May 1, 1952. M., with all members present. An application was approved for County land for J. Matt Parks - Tax No.7, Sec. 18, T. 28 N. R. 1 E., $25.00 offered. Ralph McKernan, representative of Howard-Cooper Corporation, conferred with the Board regarding the Caterpillar tractor, with loader, recently delivered to the County. The equipment does not meet specifications as to the winch that is now on the tractor. Mr. McKernan agrees to advise the Board by November 16th, as to whether a Huff loader and Carco Winch can be installed in lieu of the one now installed. Mr. Berti1 Kruse moved the Board will accept the equipment if above changes are made. Mr. James Yarr, seconded the Motion. Motion carried. Costs on County road jobs were Old Discovery Road Swansonville Hill Road Fainnount Road approved for: 39,594.65 5,137.33 6,553.13 Recess at 4:00 p.m. Monday, November 19, 1951. The Honorable Board met at 10:00 A/M., with all members present. Upon notification of the death of Albert Clark, Justice of the Peace, Quilcenej the Board, upon motion made by Bertil Kruse, and seconded by James Yarr, appointed Mrs. Ruth Pyatt of Quilcene to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Clark's death.
