RESOLUTION NO. C-165

WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the official budget for the Current Expense
Fund for Jefferson County for the year 1951, thru inadvertence, the item of clerical
assistance for the office of the Prosecuting Attorney was fixed at a sum of $250.00
less than anticipated, now therefore,
It is hereby resolved by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County
in regular session assembled that an emergency is hereby found and declared to exist
requiring the appropriation'of said sum,of $250.00 for the purposes aforesaid, and the
County Auditor for Jefferson County be and she is hereby authorized and empowe~ed to
issue emergency warrants upon said Current Expense Fund not exceeding said amount upon
the presentation of properly approved vouchers, and it is
Further resolved that said appropriation is for the purpose of meeting mandatory
governmental expenses, this resolution shall become effective without farther notice or
hearing.
ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1951.
