Resolution No. C~169 was signed pertainlng to Block 3, Mt. View Addi ti.nl1 to the
City of Port Townsend, deeded by Jefferson County, re1teving the City of' reversionary
provision stipulated at the time that property be held for !)ark purpo ses:
RESOLUTION NO. C*169
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, State of
Washington, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 269 of the Laws of ~ashington, enacted
in the year 1947, that the City of Port Townsend, a municipal corporation of the third
class, upon applic8tion filed herein, be and it hereby is relieved of reversionary pro-
vision contained in deed from 1':8e ~:. Plummer, I3.S Treasurer of s&id Jefferson County to the
said City of Port 'l'o...msend, conveying to said city Block 3 in r:ountain View Addition to
the City of Port Townsend, and said deed shall be deemed as c011veying title in fee,
absolute and final.
ADOPTED this 21st day of Januery, 1952.

Jones, County Engineer be raised to ~h50.00 per month effectl.ve this month.
