The members of the .Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. N.
~r. Geo. R. Dougherty appeared and re~uested info~ation on the old road near the
beach at Discovery Mill. site. No record of it ever having been a County Road, so no
action necessary to have it vacated.
In the matter of the Chevy Chase Road, the Soard signed the following Resolution:

tion to improve said road at the lvii.h/aukee Grade Crossing by relocatinc;, grading,
draining and surfacine.
BE I'l' FURTEER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

this Board.
