The matter of vscatlon of 4th Street in S6th Port Townsend requested by W. A. C.
Coulter, Sr., having baan heard and approved on April 7th, the Board signed the Order
of Vacation as follows: .
ORDER OF VACATION
I
This matter coming on for heqring this 7th day of April, 1952, on the petition
of W. A. Clark Coulter, Sr., asking for vacation of certain portion of a street in
Jefferson County, and due notice having been posted of the time and place of said
hearings and no one appeartng to protest said vacation,
IT IS ORDERED that that portion of 4th Street as shown on the plat of South Port
Townsend1 extending from the East line extended of B Street to the West line of the
plat of ~outh Port Townsend, said 4th Street being 40 feet in width, be and it is
hereby vacated.
