Monday, June 2, 1952.
The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session at
10:00 A. M., with all members present.
Mr. John Werner appeared reqlwsting additional work on the Swansonville Road. The
Board informed him all work has been done on that road that was allocllted for this year.
Next year additional work ~~ll probably be added as funds are available.
This being the time advertised for opening bids for painting the bridge on the
Clearwater River, the following bids were received:

2:00 p.m.

A Resolution was signed as follows for relocatine and constructing the Stutler
Hill Road:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is thel.r inten-
tion to improve said road by reloc~tion, grading, draini~, and surfacing that portion
of County Road No. 38 through lots 1 and 2 and the NW~ NEt of Section 26, Township 28
North, Range 2 Est, Willamette Meridian.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby approprla.ted sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herei n described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity
and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed
thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Day Labor in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge SpeCifications of the State of Washington as adopted by
this Board.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1952.
