The Honorable Board of County Co~~issloners met in regular session at 10:00 A.M.
This being the time set for receiving bide on a Tractor Loader, the follow!. ng bids
were received:

A motion was made and seconded to consider the bids until 11:00 A. M.
A representative of Pest Control Service appeared before the Board relative to
extermination of rats at the Hadlock and (~uilcene Garbage Dumps. No action taken.
Mr. Fred Paddock reque st improvement.s to be made at East Beach Park at Nordland. The
Board will investigate and estimate the amolli~t nee 'ssary to be budgeted next year. The
Cemetery Road ~dll be mowed and improved by County Road crew.
Mr. Jack Broshear appeared and upon motion made by James Yarr, seconded by Bertil
Kruse, the old Coyle Hill road has been abandoned by the County and Mr. Broshear is
granted permission to fence it, \<bere it. cr08aes his property.
The matter of bids was considered, and upon motion made by Bertil Kruse, seconded by
James Yarr, the bid of Nelson Equipment Company on the HR Hough Payloader inamount of
$9,902.21 was accepted. A certified check in amount of $600.00 accompanied the bids.
Deli veJ"1j to be made with in 30 days.
Resolution No. C-183 was signed for funds for mineral aggregate for stock piling,
