The county road purpose herein descl'ibed is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and
proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by in accordance with
the Standard Road tind Bridge Specifications of the State or Washington as adopted by this
Board.

Pursuant to Sec. 11294-1 Remingtonfs Revised Statutes, an application was received
from the P. U. D. #1 of Jefferson County for lots in Railroad Addition to Port Townsend
as follows:
Lots 1-10 Block 24, Lots 18-22 Block 24, Less Right of Way, Lot 23 Block
24 and Lots 24 to 34 Block 24,
with an offer made of taxes and interest due the County at the time of foreclosure
in amount of $329.02. The application was approved by the Board, upon motion made by
James C. Yarr and seconded by Bertil Kruse. Motion carried and the property sold to the
P. U. D. #1.

Friday, October 10, 1952.
The Board met at 10 :00 A. M. J with a 11 members present. A. Clemens Grady appeared
representing Ervin Kelly and Mildred Kelly .filing a petition for vllIcation of the followink
property:
Block or Tracts 26,27,28 and 29 in Plat of Bellevue as recorded in the County Auditor's
Plat of Jefferson County. November 17 was fixed at 10:00 A. M., as the time for
hearing the petition.
. Notice was received that the State Liquor Board disapp-roved application for retail
bottled beer license for Dean R. Wilcox d/b/a Wilcox'S Richfield and Service and Groc.
Brinnon, Wash. .
The cash was counted in the Treasurer's office and the' sum" of $15,300.25 was found
to be correct. The Treasurer's report was signed by the Board members.
Bills were examined and approved on October 6th as follows:

The members of the Board of County Cowmiasioners met at 10:00 A. M., with all members
present.
The State Liquor Board notified the Board, .the liquor license issued to Antonio Pennini
and Mary Beckett, d/b/a Bayvidw Tavern, .L>rinnon,:li9trl:lnDferred to Dennis P. and Anne G.
Judge under the same trade name. .
The liquor licens9 was issued to Raymond E. Burns, d/b/a Trails' End Tavern, South
Point Ferry Landing, Shine, Wash.
An application tor County Real Estate was approved as follows:
J. M. Ryan, 3ee8. 28,29,30 32, T. 26 N. R2W, W.M'i offered $1662.00
A typographical error was discovered in the date on Reso ution No. CQ1~6, and in
