I The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session fIt 10:00 A. M., with all members present. It being the time advertised for hearing on petition for vacation of Tract 161, Plat of 7th Acre Tracts recorded in Vol. 2 of PIa ts page 127, the portion lying between the Northel'ly right of way line of Permanent Highway No.7, known as 4-Corners to Chimacum County Road, and southerly ri€f1t of way line of existing County road leading to lrondale. Mr. J. C. Harper and A. Clemens ,Grady appeared. Bertil Kruse moved for the vacation and Lyall Arey seconded the motion. the Order of Vacation was signed as follows: ORDER OF VACA1'.IQ.N_ This matter having come on to be heard this day upon the ~plic&tion of Jacob C. Harper and Helen Harper, his wife, for an order VACATING: That Portion of Tenth Avenue in the Plat of Seventh Avenue Acre~ Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, on page 127, records of Jefferson County, LYING BE~~EN the Northerly right of way line of Permanent Highway No.7, known as the Four-Corners to Chimacum County Road, and the Southerly right of way line of too existing County Road lelJding to Irondale, as said road traverses the Northerly portions of Tracts 101 and 162 of sai d Seventh Avenue Acre Tracts. All situate in t.he Ccunty of Jefferson, State of Washington; and it appearin,g t.o the Board of County Commissi oners for Jefferson County that notice of the hearing on said flPplicetion was given by posting for the time and in the manner provided by law; no person or persons appearing to object, and said Petitioners being the sole owners of all property abutting upon the said portions of s aid avenue sought to be vacated, Ii.... One culvert on the new road t.o tho ;portage Canal Bridge can he plugged and the water diverted to another culvert. (Sta. 1~2; .' 50 divert water. to culvert' app. sta. 233).
