It was shown that in some instanc68, budgeted items in the 1952 budget were over-
drawn, and it having b3en shown they were necessary expenditures for mandatory operation
of county offices, the BoaX'd granted the emergencies and authorized transfers as follows:
Resolution No. C-l92
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, that
the following public officas hags incurred obligations in excess of the budgetary allow-
ances made and provided fOT at. the time of the adoption of the official budget for the
Current Expense Fund of said County for the year 1952, ~s hereinafter set forth, to-wit:

WHEREAS' each of said items, having been properly audited are hereby found end
determined to be mandatory governmental expenditures, and an emergency declared to exist
authorizing and empowering the County Auditor for s81.d Jefferson County, to issue emer-
gency warrants upon the 0urrent Expense Fund of said County not exceeding the amounts as
aforescdrl, and this resolution to be effective withol.1t further notice or hearing, and,
WHEREAS, it appears that certain items under the GENERAL ADMINISTRATION classifica-
tion were overdrawn, and other items had appropriations in excess of their need, :I.n
accordance with Sec. 3997-5, Remington's Revised Statutes of Washington,
NOW ~HEREFORE, the County Auditor is hereby directed and authorized to transfer the
following amounts in the 1952 Budget as stated:
GENERAL AD~~~~ATIONl
PR1i:MIUMS - $443.90 to be tre:'sferred from Fire Patrol to
donds, and Ind,~$~rance premiums.

RETIREMENT - $507.0.3 to be transferred from County Pri nting
to County contribution on retirement.
These trAnsfers occur with the bracket of maintenance and operation.
