M., wi th all members present. An application for an EF liquor license was approved for Dean L. Wilcox, djbja Wilcox's Richfield Service and Grocery, Brinnon, Wash. A. C. Grady appeared relative to vacation of Pleasant Harbor Road, set for hearing May 19, 1953 and continued to this date. No objections appearing before the Board, George Huntingford mado a motion, seconded by Berti~ Kruse, that the Order of Vacation be signed as follows: ORDER OF VACATION \j '\ This matter having come on to be heard this date upon the application of J. C. Michael, Martin Lorenzen, and T. B. Balch, for 8n order Vacating: That portion of County Road lying between the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NWk) of the Northwest Quarter (m~k) of Section 15, to the North line of Government Lots three (3) in Section la, To~mship 25, N., Range Two (2) West, W. M., and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County that notice of the hearing on said application was given by posting for the time and in the manner provided by law: no person or persons appearing to object, and said Petitioners being the sole owners of all property abutting upon the said portion of said Road sought to be vacated. I THEREFORE, it is by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS for JEFFERSON COUNTY, W.QlSH- INGTON, in regular session assembled, ORDERED: . C-203, C-204, C-205 were signed as follows: I RESOLUTION NO. C-203 COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 116 BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON. In the Matter of Ed Bishop Road County Road No. 28 Resolution to grade, drain, and surface certain portions of the roadway. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their inten- tion to improve by grading, draining, and surfacing certain portiona of County Road No. 28. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in tho following detail: Gas Tax Fundl'l $- Donations, etc. $-~-- . Other Total $ hOC.
