In the mattor of Hadlock Corners (County Roads Nos. 108, 49, 16, and 12) ) Issolution to re-grade and re-surface ) road. ) IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to He-grade and pan \nth asphaltic concrete pavement the intersection of County Roads 108, 49, 16>> and 12 in Hadlock. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail: Loc. Engr. Right of Way Items of Work: Day Labor Contract Constr. Engr. Gas Tax Funds 1 Donations, etc. Other l_ i Total i Total . 2.000.00 $ $ $ 2.000000 The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by DaI Labor in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board. M.; with Commissioners Huntingford and Kruse present, Commldslonar Arey baing ill and unable to ettend. I The cash wes counted 1n the Tresl3urer's office, and the amount of $872.53 being the correct amount of cash found. The Treasurer's report was signed by the Board members. Enginger Jones reported on the road oiling schedule on County roads for this summer, and estimated the cost will be $46,473.00. Other road matters were discussed with the Engineor. Recess at 4:00 p.m. Monday, July 20, 1953. The members of the Board mAt in regular session with all members present. This being the time advertised for opening bids on a heavy duty trailer, the only bid received was as follows: FrO~lAat Trailer Co. Model CF-35-D Heavy Duty Full Trailer ,nth capacity front axle, 35,000 lbs. F. O. B. Seattle $7,300.00 plus sales tax. , BortH Kruse moved, and Georg" Huntingford seconded the motion to accept the above bid. Tho Board gr~ted permisoion for Engineer Koith Jonos to issue 10% overweight permits to 1oggorM u~ing County roads. Mr. Sor0nson of Buck Mountain Logging Co., appeared. i M~.
