all members present..

A motion \"/as made by Bertil Krllse, seconded by George Huntingford to examine the
bids and make a report at 2:30 p.m. Motion carried.
A plat for the 3rd Addition to Trails' End Homesites was presented by Mr, Walter
Evans. J. T. Lay appeared. A motion was made by George Huntingford, seconded by Bertil
Kruse to accept the plat. Motion carried.
Liquor peI'!llit.s were a?proved for Raymorrl E. Burns, d/b/a 1'ralls' End Tavern, South
Point Ferry Dock, Rl Chimacum, for DE license; C. V. Dorothy, Brinnon, EF license and
Earl Graves, d/b/a Hop's- Grocery, Box 316, Qui I cene, E license.
A number of representatives from School Districts appeared in behalf of th~ir allot-
ments of Federal Forest Funds. Mrs. Pyatt and Virgil Butler appeared for School Dist.rict
No. 4$, Quilcene. Mr. C. W. Becker appeared for "'est End School District. Mr.1.oJalter
Kelley appeared for School District No. 46, Brinnon. Mr. W. H. Carder appeared for School
Distr:\. ct. No. 5D, Port Townsend. The Board j nformed the meeting that the matter will be
considered on October 19th at 10:00 A. M.
A land application was approved for Vern Hodgdon R21 Chimacum, WashJngton, for
Chalmer's 2nd, Lots 16 and 17, Block 24, offered $10.0u.
After considering all the equipment upon which bids were made, a motion WIl.S made by
Bertil Kruse, seconded by George Huntingford that the bid for a road grader be conti nued
and awarded on Fr:\.day, October 9th at 2:00 p.m. Motion carried.
Minuteo of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
