IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS t~Flt it is their intention

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and t
the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED NND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed KSXam~mt
thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Day Labor in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Speci fi cations of the State of i'lashington as ad );)ted by this
Board.
