The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met at 10:00 A. M., with all
members present.
W. J. Daly appeared, representing Puget Sound Power & Light Co., with Mr. Phil Copps,
and Harvey Leach, Present, on the matter of the franchise over roads, streets, boulevards
and alleys in Sec. 4 & 5, T 27 N. R 1 E., Sec. 16, T 2BN, R 1 E., Sees. 15 & 16, T 28N,
R 1 E., Sec. 7, T 29N, R 1 E, Sec. 28 & 33, T 29N, R 1 E., Sec. 2, T 29N, R 1 W; Sec.
2 T 29N., R 1 W., and Sec. 1 T 29N., I 1 W. Mr. H. H. Fear appeared relative to electric
service on Hood Head, and was informed no request had been made for electric service in
that area. George Huntingford made a motion to grant the franchise and Bertil Kruse
seconded the motion. Motion carried. Franchise 81 gned by Board members.
This being the time for opening bids on crushed rock and mineral agrregate, the
