Resolution to drain, ballast and sW'face,
with a bituminous surface treatment, 4.25
miles of the Clearwater Road.
IT IS HEREl:lY RESOLVED l:lY THE BOARD ()f' COUNTY CuMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to improve by draining, ballasting and surfacing, with a 2 inches of bituminous surface
treatment road mix, type "1&", 4.25 miles of the Clearwater Road from its junction with
P. S. No.9

~mEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
of the State of Washington, that it is to the best interests of said
County and the people thereof, that the hereinafter described real estEJte,
lands and premises acquired and owned by said County, by virtue of Tax
Foreclosures, sales, should be sold -
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, That all the hereafter described real
estate, lands and premises are to be sold in the manner prescribed by law,
all of the lands, real estate and premises lying and being in the County
