Mrs. Jule Ruby appeared on the matter of the City acquiring the property owned by the County at 58th and Kuhn Streets. The City would have to pay all back taxes due the County in order to acquire ti tIe to thi s !lroperty. The City, not bei ng in a posi ti on to do this at this time, the County Commissioners gave permission to Mrs. Ruby to improve the property for convenience of persons wishine access to the beach, by a motion made by George Huntingford and seconded by Bertil Kruse.
