Mrs. Hector Munn and Mrs. Wiley Magee appeared before the Board requesting a lease on the County propery at Leland used by the Leland Community Club. There 2re trees on that property tha t are a menace to the highway and,i t is desired that the; be cut. This i is County property purchased July 1915 from RobertE. Ryan, Sr., and it was discussed having it set aside as a County Park for the Leland Residents. The Board will take the matter under advisement. Liquor applications were received from the St~te Liquor control Board as follows: Roy Hanning and Jas. B. Edgbert - d/b/a Irondale Grocery, R 1, Port Townsend EF license. Becker's Ocean Resort, Inc., Kalaloch Beach, ~ash., E license. John Yackulic &. Vem E. Wittmayer, d/b/a Valley Tavern, Chimacum, Wash. BCEF license. O. Richard Ramstad, d/b/a Dick's Tavern, Port Ludlow, Wash., BeEF license. Earl L. Groves, d/b/a Hop's Grocery, Box 47, Quilcene, Wash., E license. C. V. Dorothy, Brinnon, EF license. Applications approved. ~~. W. T. Johnston and Mr. R. D. Merritt conferred withthe Board relative to gravelling roads on Paradise Bay Estat.es. Roads are nearly completed and the Board accepted the Plat. Mr. John Boulten appeared before the Board relative to the Bangs' Disease Program for Jefferson County cattle. No decision was made regarding the matter. Resolution No. C-24l for improving Quilcene-North road was signed as follows: RESOLUTION NO. C-241 COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 133 BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON. In the matter of Quilcene North ) Resolution to clear, grade, drain and ) surface certain portion s of county l' oad No. 27. ) IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF POUNTY COI~ISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve county road No; 27 by clearing, grading, draining and surfacing certain portions of sai~ road~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the follo\'ring detail: Gas Tax Funds Donations, etc. Other Total I Loc.
