The Honorable Board of Ccnnty Commissioners met in regular session at 10:00 A. !vi.,
~r:lth Chairman Lyall Arey and bertH Kruse present'. Co:nmissioner George Huntingford
attended a road meeting in Olympia this date.
On the petition for facation filed by Discovery Bay Lumber Compan~' on Vctober 16th
and set for hearing this date, for the old right of way of Primary State Hieh'#ay No.
9, lying ',vest of the present right of way of State Hich1.ray Nn. 9, in Section ~4 and 25,
in the Jamt:ls '!'uckerDonati on Claim No. 1+0, 'I'w? 29N., Range 2 \'!est, W. j,;., Clnn set for
hearing t.his date, and no objections having been enteren, A. C. Grady appeared; a motion
was made by Bertil Kruse, seconded by Lyall Arey, that the Order of Vacat.ion be si~ned
as fo llows:
