hearing. A. R. Kirk raised the question as to 1'1l1ether the signers of petitions were

owners. Considerable discussion ensued as to the pror.ram. IvIr. J<'rl)nk TBylor made a
motion to table the matter inqefinitely I seconded by Harry Orc1)tt.
The matter of testing 2C';Jc of a beef herd was introduced, and underst.ood to be
state-wide testing procedure. If no diseased CRtt.le are found, the balance of the hl~rd
i'lill not be tested, but if one is discovered the entire herd has t.o be tested at lntP.I'-
vals until declared without infecti.on.
