the Big Quilcene River and the Little Quilcene River with rip-rap to protect the county

Road Department to protect. their roads by rip-rap.
':!HEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County has found and determined
that the sum of ~\2,470.00 is an estimated amount of contribution to the cost of the improve-
ment and, in proportion to t.he benefits to be derived t.herefrom,
I,',THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of section 85.24..240, R. C. il., the Treasurer of
Jefferson County, be and he is authorized and empowered to transfer from the COTJNTY ROAD FUND
to the Jefferson County Flood Control Fund the sum of :;p2,470.00.

A letter was received fX'om Pen-Ply Corporation in regard to road on sOl.lth bani< of the

and the Board members to discuss the matter.

An estimate was prosent.ed by the County Engineer on bank protection ~litht;imher cribs and
aalv~ed !lubmarine nets, on tlJ'Ol Hoh River road in Sec. 22, T. 26 N., R 13 w. ':l.~l., in amount
of '3~696.44. Resolution No. 0-246 was signed as follows:
