) Resolution to re-loca te curve from

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is thei r
intention to re-locate the curve from Maple to Market Street and to improve road
by grading, draining and surfacing.
In the matter of Irondale Road
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED YtlAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby approprlated sums in the following detail:

The, county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity
and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed
thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by
this Board.
ADOPTED this 8 day of April, 1955.

The repair work and construction of the Paper jVj,ll Road was approved by the Board.
Relcess at 4:00 p.m.

The Honorable Board met in regular session wi th all members present.
Mrs. Douglas Stroud and Willis Martin appeared before the Board relative to the
Airplane Watching Tower. They recommended that the tower new on property at Lawrence
and Harrison Streets be moved to school property west of Sather Park on Morgan Hill.
The members of the Board proceeded to the Assessors office and convened as a Board
of Equalization for the correction of errors.
The members of the Board then proceeded to the Treasurer's office where the cash
was counted and found the amount of $5,660.1J correct for cash on hand. The Treasurer's
report was signed by the Board members.
No further business appearing, the meeting was recessed to Monday, May 2, 1955.
