Tuesday, May 31, 1955.
The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in special emergency session at
this time, with all members present.
Mr. W. J. Daly, Prosecuting Attorney, requested $400.00 be appropriated for
extraditing Floyd E. Im1s1und from the Marine Base at San Diego to answer a charge of
breaking and entering Lafferty's warehouse in Port Townsend.
A motion was made by Bertil Kruse, seconded by George Huntingford, that on Mr.
Daly's advice, 'enough money be appropriated to bring Floyd E. Imislund back to Jefferson
County to answer the above charge.
