The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members present. This being the time for hearing the petition of T. 8. Balch for vacation of that part of County Road No. 47 lying within Lot 3, Sec. 15, Twp. 25 N, R 2 W. W.M., and being a part of the old Olympic Highway that was turned back to the County by the State under provisions of Sec. 1, Chap 125 Laws of 1945, and the engineer's report being on hand, and no objections having been entered, Bertil Kruse made a motion, seconded by Georga Huntingford that the County grant the v!'lcCltion 0 f thl~ above road. Order of Vacation l'1as signed as follows: ORDER 01<' VACATIUI~ uF COUN'l'Y ROAD This matter coming on to be heard this day pursuant to notice, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that Notice of Hear.ing on this date was duly posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, and the Board havi ng considered the report of Keith Jones, County Engineer, and having examined the records and files herein finds: That that part of County Road No. 147 lying within Lot 3, Section 15, Township 25 north, range 2 west W.
