COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 143
BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
In the matter of Bituminous Surface ) Resolution to a sphal t. certain sections
for the Clearwater road ) of the Clearwater and Hoh Roads
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~SSION~RS that it is their intention to
asphalt with light bituminous surface treatment non-skid sinele seal and road mix certain
sections of the Clearwater road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the follo~~ng detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neeessity and
the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED fiND AUTHORIZED to report and proveed thereon as
by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labo~__ in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specificc1tions of the State of Washington as adopted by this
Board.
