WITNESSETH:
'."HEREAS, the State contemplates the improvement of a port.ion of stJ.te highway No.9,
from Port 'l'ov.TIsena Railroad Overcrossing and Approaches in Jeffer~on County, by construct-
ing a reinforced con crete rClilroarJ overcl'Ot'isi nc::, structure ~nd embankment ~T,proaches, c'nd
WHEREAS, in the construc:.ion of the aforesaid improvement, it is planned to haul
cert8Jn cOf)struction rrateria1s over the following descri hed count,y roads:
Chimacum Road at its intersection with Primary State HighwflY No.9, and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that as a result of the use or said road or roads as haul
roads, a.driitional maintenDncc expense will be incurred by the County,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto as follO\./s:
