For the purpose of Checking figures on the bids, the awarding was postponed to 2:00 p.m., by motion made by George Hunting.ford, secor-ded by Bertil Kruse. Upon motion made by George Huntine;ford, seconded by Bertil Kruse, t.he bid of Morrison-Cec(lt.ti in amount of $37\954.20, the lowest and best bid was accepted after due and full consideration of all hiLas received. The iChairman read the proposed Ordinance. Mr. Lee Martin, owner of the 1~istling Oyster Tavern at Quilcene, entered a written objection to the proposed Ordimmce.
