In the matter of land applicbtion by Ronald E. Put as for SENE, Sec. 11 T. 29 R 1 W., th
the Board has decided to reconsider this bid until the Engineer investigates the presence
of gravel on thi s land.
A copy of an easement signed December 3, 1956 was receiged for Richard L. Roberts
and Loreen Roberts for a wat.er line along the Northerly and Easterly side of County Road
No. 10-5.26 (Olele Point Road) from a point midway of Lots 21 to a point 50' southwesterly
from the N. E. corner of Lot 46, ull in plat of Olele Point, Jeffer~on County, Wash.

That in consideration of the premises, the County of Jefferson, a municipal
subdivision of the State of Washington, acting by and throuGh its Board of County
Comm.1.ssioners do hereby give and erant to Richard L. Roberts and Loreen Roberts, husband
and wife, an easernent wi t.'1 right to construct. 2.nd maintain a water line along; the
nort,hed;' and easterly side of' County Road No. 10-5.26 (Olele Point. RORd) from a point
mid\..ay of Lot 21 to a point 50 feet southwesterly from the NE corner of Lot 46, all in
the Plat of Olele Point, Jeffer:30n County, itlashington.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the grantees agree to furnish and install galvanized or
plastic pipe to be buried not less than 14 inches underground and to be Iodated
approximately 5 feet from the northerly property line and to keep it in repair at all
times and further agrees that at any time it shall be necessary, to remove and replace
said pipe at their own expense in accordance with county construction procedures.
IN ~~TNESS WHEREOF, The County of Jefferson has caused these presents to be executed

Motor Company for 1957 Chevrolet with power glide, in amount of $875.00 plus a turn-in
of the 1955 Chevrolet 6, be accepted. Moti'Jn carried.
A notice was received from the State Liquor Board that t.he liquor llcense for
Becker's Ocean Resort., Inc., (d/b/a Hal.aloch Lodge, Kalnloch, wash. has been extender!
from January 1, 1957 to June 30, 1957.
Mr. Harry Dahman appeared relative tc.. the Quilcene '(ollth Center. It was lli"'r.;ed
that. lnsurance lllill be increaDed to $15,000.00 by the County, LInd the Qullcene You/th
Committee will pay for oil for theIr use of the builrltng.
