The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a publi c necessity and
the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon
as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by contracts in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by
thi s Board.

Upon resolution by the Board members, an Access Road Easement was signed for the
consideration of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) approximately 14 feet in width, over and across
the lands of Jefferson County, Washington in a portion of the NW~NEk of Section 29,
T. 25 N., Rpge 2 West of the Wlllamet te Me rid ian, at Ful ton Creek, as follows:

FOR' AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, Jefferson County, Washington, a municipal corporatlon,
acting. by and through ita Board of County Commissioners, has. e;ranted, bargained, and sold,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA and its assigns, a permanent easement and rlght of way Ilpproximately 14 feet
in width, with such additional widths as are necessary to provide for cuts, fills, and
turnouts and for curves at angle points allover and across the lands of the undersigned

Moridian, Jefferson County, Washington, for the following purpoofls, namely: the right
