in width are installed, which may be kep locked, provided the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
is also permitted to install its own lock thereon.

AMERICA and its assigns, forever.
It is further understood and agreed by the undersigned that the payment of such
purchase price is accepted as full compensation for all damages incidental to the
exercise of any of the rights above descri bed.

of the Board, duly and legally adopted and entered, has caused these presents to be
executed in its behalf by a majority of its Board of Commissioners and its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed this 19 day of August, 1957.

A renewal of the lease between Jefferson County and the State Department of
~ublic Assi stance was signed forsp ace in t he Jefferson County Court Hou se in Port
1 O\1nsend, used by the Welfare Dept., for a term beginning October 1, 1957 and ending
September 30, 1959 for $100.00 per month.
The Board members proceeded to inspect the Griffith Road, and there being no further
business appearing, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m., to meet in regular session
on Tuesday, September 3, 1957, Mo~day being Labor Day and a legal holiday.
