The Board of Jefferson County CommDssioners met in regular session ~dth all members
present.
Emergency Resolution No. C-338 was signed for the purpose of providing funds for
County School Superintendent's office in amount of $1,816.00 which is to be repai~d by
State School Funds for Curriculum Consultant, profided for by State law.
RESOLUTION NO. C-338
\lffiEREAS, Chapter 157, Laws of 1955, Section 31 provides' for the qllocat1on from
State School Funds to the Jefferson County School Superintendent, funds for additional
instruction in. connection with the Superintendent's office, .
AND WHEREAS, County Superintendent Tom Lieb has presented to the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners a supplementary budgeL approved by the County Board of Education
for $1,816.00 for salary of a curriculum consultant;, and for costs of operation,
AND 1.'lHEREAS, the amount of $1,816.00 will be paid into the Current Expense Fund of
this County, by State School Funds,
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency exists in the Current Expense Fund,
in the amount of $1,816.00 and will be reimbursed by State funds, and the Jefferson County
Auditor is hereby authorized to issue warrants in that amount in addition to the budget
of the County School Superl ntendent.
