In the matter of County Roads No. 4
(Indian Island Intersection) and No.
10 (Oak Bay Road intersects County

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to
improve .69 mile of County Roads Nos. 4 and 10 by grading, draining and surfacing.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
