A letter was received from EngineerWilder relative to a trip he mnde to inspect
the new road along the north bank of the Lower Hoh River. The road 13 com~leted and
has been accepted according to our specifi cr:ltions. '['h8 s wingine bridge ecr0SS the Lo....er
Hoh River was also inspected and found unsafe for traffic. Mr. 1:1ilder recomrnen1s t'1at
this bridge be posed as "closed to traffic" or [.'osted as "trevel 9. t. your o~rn risk", thus
absolving Jefferson County of any responsibility for the bridge. U~on consideration of
the matter Beorbe Huntingford made a motion, seconded by Bertil Kruse that the bridge
be ;>osted "Closed to traffic" and "Travel at your ovm risk". The members of the Board
'.'iill view the si te next week.
In the matter of the expenditure of Federal to'orest Funds in amount of ~532, 516.50
the memhers of the Board fixed the distribtt"tion as recorded in Res')lution No. C-344
on page 534.

A letter was received from the Brinnon Booster Club requesting information on a
Brinnon Garbage Dump. Negotiations are being made for property to be used as a 6arbage
dump. The Club will be so notifi"d.
A petition for vacation of a road in Quilcene was received from Quilcene Lodge No.
184, F. & A. M., 8nd Richard Brov~ ~d Nsncy Brown. The S 30' of an unnamed street
lying between blocks 7 &: 8 of H. .'1. Campbell'S Addition to Quilcene from the easterly
edge of the County Road No. 28 (Rogers St.) to the westerly ed~e of the former Port
