WHEREAS it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County,
that the following budgets will not have sufficient funns to maintain them for the
year of 1957, due to emergencies ~mich could not hRve bp.en foreseen at the time of
preparing budCetR.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT there be, I3nd here b)' is approprIated for i_'Tlmediate

\VHEREAS, it appears that certain budget items will not be sufficient, and other
items will not be needed during this year, and in accordance ~nth Sec. 3997-5, Reming-
ton's Revised Statutes of Washington,
NOW THEREFORE, the County Auditor is hereby directed and authorized to transfer
the fo~lowing emount in the 1957 budget:
SUPERIOR COURT: $100.00 transferred from Defense Attorney to Court Reporte~
under Salaries and Wages, due to mandatory raise in Court Reporter's salary.
ORDERED this 16th day of December, 1957.
