IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intenti on to crush rock for county road project 167.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the forego:i.ng proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity
and the County Road Engi neer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed
th~reon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by ~abor in accorllllnce with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifi cations of the State of Wash-ington as adopted by
this Board.
