RESOLUTION NO. 0-379
WHEREAS, the Board of County Conuniasioners of Jefferson County, Washington, has
been infonned that the Department of Highways of the State of Washington is considering
the programming of a highway improvement project on a section of Secondary State Highway
No. 9-E in Jefferson County, said section being further described as follows:
Beginning approximately ontho East line of Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 1 East,
W. M., thence easterly approximately 2.9 miles to termination point.
AND WHEREAS, the said Department of Highwaya further proposes that said improve-
ment is to be financed from State Motor Vehicle Funds supplemented with Federal Aid
Secondary Fund s available to the State of Washington a nd reserved for use on the State
Highway system, .
NOW 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County hereby concurs in the selection of the above described project.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Washin[ton
State Highway Commission at Olympia, Washington.
ADOPTED this 21st day of Uctober, 1.958, at a regular meeting of the County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington.
