Washington, as the time and place for a publi.c hearing 1;1pon said En~ineeri s report, and 'i t
now appearing the noti ce thereof has been given by post~ng and publ1cution for the time
and in the manner provided by law, and no objections to the foregoing declaration of in-
tention to abandon, or to the written report of t he Engineer, havj.ng been made or filed
herein and evldence of the proposed vacation and abandonment having been recelved, and
the Bo~rd, in all thines, havjnt.: been fully advised, dO'.:!5 now find and determine that the
portlon of the county road as hereinbefore described, is not useful and the public will
be benefited by the facetion and abandonment thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby
ORDERED that the portion of the "Gardner Granted Road" as more purticularly described
ln the preamble 01' this Order be and the Si.Jme is hereby vacat.ed ~l/ld abandoned, B:'l,d the
County Road Engineer be and he is hereby directed to strike the ~ame as a part 01 the
Jefferson COtlnty road system, and be it
FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of t.his Board certify a CO,)y 0 f thi~! resolution and
filed the same with the Coun:y Hoarl Englneer.

A report was read on the final cost record of the Quilcene through the Airport cut-
off road showing the a verage cost per mile $39,195.31;.
Patrolman William Haieh appeared am requested some speed signs for highway at
