Said grantee, its successors and assigns, shall comply wi th thp. provlsions of the Laws of the State of Washine;ton relatlng to constr'uction and operation of rights herein granted and shall maintain their lines in such a manner as not to inconvenience, block or interfere with traffic upon roads upon which said francise operates. A failure on the part of the crantee, its successors or assigns, to comply with the terms and concii tions of the [;rants herein made and contained shall work a forfeiture thereof.
