ion work in good faith as aforesaidj and provlded, further, that the ~oard of County
Commissioners, may in its discretion, revoke such notlce, either in whole or in part,
at any time after the same ha ve be en gi ven.
This francise is not exclusi va and the County reserves the right to grant franchlses
to other persons or companies to use the roads or highways, or any part thereof, covered by
this francise for the SClme [lurpose as herein authori2',ed or for any other purpose authorized
by law.
Said grantee, its successors and assigns, shall comply wi th thp. provlsions of the Laws
of the State of Washine;ton relatlng to constr'uction and operation of rights herein granted
and shall maintain their lines in such a manner as not to inconvenience, block or interfere
with traffic upon roads upon which said francise operates. A failure on the part of the
crantee, its successors or assigns, to comply with the terms and concii tions of the [;rants
herein made and contained shall work a forfeiture thereof. Provided however, the granted
may exercise the rlght to place its lines along any or all of t.he roads whereon this
fran~se is granted.

The Board having been advised that the Federal Forest Reserve funds are in the hands
of the County Treasurer for 1959 in amount of $460,611.26. The amount of $5.000.00 was
granted to School Dlstricts Nos. 20 and 46 each, and to the schools of the County

by the County TreAS11rer of Jefferson County, that the amount of the allotment received
for the CC'lnty of Jefferson from t,he Federal Government for Forest Resp-rves for 1959, is
$460,611.26, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jeffen;on County under and
