Upon motlon made by Lyall Arey, seconded by Berti1 Kruse, the awarding was postponed until
.3:00 p.m. Bertll Kruse made a motion at that time to look some of the graders over in
Seattle before making an a ward. Lyall Arey seconded this motion.
Resolution No. C-411 was signed as follows for relocating, and surfacing Anderson Lake

In the matter of Anderson Lake) Resolution to relocate, clear, grade,
Road, County Road No. 22-5.45 ) drain and surface certain portions of
County Road No. 22-5.45
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it 1 s thei r intention
to tmprove Anderaon Lake Road by re-locating, clearing, gradlng, draining and surfaCing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregolng proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums ln the following detail:
Gas Tax Funds
Donatlons, etc. Other

The county road purpose herein d escrlbed is HEREBY DECLARED to be a publ1 c necessity
and the County Road Engi neer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed
thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with the
S~andard Road m1d Brldge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board,

An application for county land was approved for Edward A. Buse, PQrt Townsend,
for Pettlgrove's 2nd - Lots 1 to 4, Block 97 offered $40.00 and 1/2 of Lot 5, Blk. 97,
offered '5.00, and Lots 6 to 8, Block 97, offered $30.00

Company for 1 Model 118 Galion Heavy Duty Motor Grader with International Harvester Co.
angina was accepted in amount of $21,609.00 plus sales tax of $864.36, less trade-in
$9,000.00, leaving the net bld $13,473.36. This was the low bid received.
