Monday, December 7, 1959.
The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members
prese~~e ma~ter of hiring a new Engineer was discussed and upon motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded
by Beetil Kruse, Edwin A. Becker was appointed Jefferson County Engineer, effective January 1, 1960.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
This belng the time advertised for opening bids on 12,000 cu. yds of 581t and 8000 cu. yds
t -0 crushi ng and stockf.Jiling crus~d screenings, the following bi ds were received:

and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County that notice of said
hearil}g on said application was g;iven by posting and publication for the time and in the manner
provEded by law; no person or persons aopearing to object, and said Petitioners being the sole
owners of all property abutting upon the said road sought to be vacated,
THEREFORE, it is by the BOARD OF' COUNTY CONMISSIUNERS FOR JEFFER:xJN COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
in regular session assembled, ORDERED,
