and in contemplation of the language of the statuta, R. C. W., 36.87.ulO, the same are
useless, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its inten-
tion to vacate and abandon said roads and be it,
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Engineer is hereby directed to examine said roads
and report his opinion as to whether thesecounty roads should be v Beated and abandonedi'
whether either is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and whether it wi 1
be adviseable to preserve said roads for the county road sY's tem in the .future; whether
the public will be benefited by the proposed abandonment, and all other racts! matters
and things which will be of importance to the Board and that such report be f led as
soon as practicable. .
ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1960.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOUNTY CO~~ISSIONERS that it is their intantlan
to improve 1.705 miles of the Chimaium-Beaver Valley (County Road No. 12) by grading,
draining and surf&cing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there i.g hereby
