to buy right of way for East end of Anderson Lake Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THA T for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby

BE IT FUR'rHER RESOLVED that this purposo be performed by Contract in accordance wi th the
Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this
Board.

The members of the Board proceeded to the Treasurer's office ani counted cash and
found the QIIount of $l,954.85 to be correct for cash ifl the office. The Treasurer's
report was signed.
For the emergencies needed in the 1959 Budget Resolution No. CQ420 was signed as
follows:
RESOLUTION NO. C-420
'1lHEREAS it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for JEFFERSON COUNTY,
that the followin:; budgets will not have sufficient funds t.o maintain them for the
year 1959, due to emergencies which could not have been foreseen at the time of prepa~-
i.l51: budgets.
THEREF'OH!!:, BE IT RESOLVED: THA'l' there be, and hereby is appropriated for' Immediate
Gxpenditure the following:

Maintenance & Supplies - $a3.36
WHEREAS, it appears that certain budget items will not be sufn cient, and other
items will not be needed during this year, and in accordance wit h Sec. 3997-5 Remington'
Revised Statutes of Washington,
NOW THEREFORE, the County Auditor is hereby directed and authorized to transfer
the follow1.ng amounto in the 1959 budget:
GENERAL A DMINIS 'l'RA'l'ION :
#532.68 transferred to Bond Premiums from STATE EXAMINATION
315.30 transferred to Pest Control from STATE EXAMINATION.
