LYALL AREY Member According to Resolution No. 72, property described as Lot 5, Sec. 24 T. 30 N R2W., w. M., was set aside for public use and it now appears advisable to withdraw same and make it available for sale, Resolution No. C-426 was signed as follows: RESOLUTION NO. C-426 I ~mEREAS, by Resolution No. 72, adopted by the Board of County Commtssioners for Jefferson County, January 6, 1939, the following described lands and premises, to-wit: Lot 5, section 24, township 30 nor~~, range 2 west, W. M., together with other lands and premises in said resolution descri bed, all being property tax ti tIe ac~uired, were set aside for public use and enjoyment, and, , \'lHEREAS due to changing conditions, it now appears advisable to this Board of i' ,(;ounty Commissioners and in the best interests of Jefferson County, and to all the plfOplei: thereof, that said Resolution No. 72, in part, be repealed, . :: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does hereby ORDER ;; AND DECI.ARE that that portion of said Resclu'tion No. 72, insofar as it pertains to Lot 5,'1 ',section 24, to.....nship 30 north, range 2 west, be, and the same is hereby repealed, set I, aside and held for naught.
