A motion made by Lyall Are~, seconded by Bertil Kruse, acc6pted the bid of Cascade 9
Cedar Company, W. E. Seton for '700.00.
A notice was received from the Dept. of Natural Resources that the County's share of
money received from Lewis & Son Logging Co., for removal of timber on part of S~ SEk,
Sec. 28 and part. of N~ NE~ Sec. 33, all in T. 26N., R 1, W., is $4,473.130.
An application for sale of County property was approved for:

This matter came on regularly to be heard this day upon the proposed action of the
Board of County Commissioners as heretofore declared in Resolution No. 0-425, adopted
March 7, 1960, and it appearing that notice has been given by posting and pubUcation
for the time and in the manner provided by law, and no person having offered evidence
either for or against the proposed action, it is
ORDERED
That all timber, standing and down, upon the following described real estate
owned by the county in fee, to-wit:
