, In connection with Resolution No. C-417 pertaining to abandonment of the Miller
I Creek Road, Co. Road No. 206-8.$8) in Sec. 27, T. 25 N., R 12 W. W. M., and Upper Clear-
:1 water Road, County Road Nos. 2061 Amended Order was signed abandoning said road and
: ratifying said ResoluU on, as fo lows:

II This matter came on to be heard February 1st 1960, on the report of the County
I Road En~neer as directed by Resolution No. C-4l7, wherein this Board of County Commissioners
II declared its intention to abandon the Miller Creek Road (County Road No. 206-8.68) ,
~ in Section 27, . township 25 North, Range 12 West, W. M., and that portion40f the Upper
\jlClearwater Road (County Road No. 206) from the west line of the southeast quarter of
;'<,Isection 71 to'tlnship 24 north, range 12 West ''1. M. northerly and easterly to its terminus
,j! J,in the SEl; of the SW! of section 7, township 25 north, range 11 West W. M.,
~7 II'! AND it appearing that rotice of hearing on the proposed abandonment was posted and
:published for the time and in the manner provided by law, and the report of the County
IIRoad Engineer and the evidence, both oral and documentary, offered in favor of and "
Ilagainst the proposed vacation, haVing been considered in detail, this Board now determine~
: that
II (3) in addition to findings reflected in Order of the Board of County Commissioners
I'ientered February 1st, 1960, further determines that said road (County Road No. 206-S.6B)
land that portion of County Road No. 206, as hereinbefore described are not useful and
[Ithe public "lin be benefited by the vacation and abandonment,

II Therefore, it is ORDERED tha t the foregoing fi nding (3) as herein set forth,
::become supplemental to and part of said Order of Februery 1st, 1960, which otherwise,
