The Honorable Board of Jefferson
members present.
Mr. Sam Lund, representing Olympus Beach Tracts, Inc., appeared relative
an easement for water pipe line on the Mats Mats Road. An attorney will be
the matter.
Mr. E. M. Starrett from Olympia, appeared and complimented the County on being con-
servative, in expenditures of the 1959 Budget.
The Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read.
Mrs. Wally Taylor and Mr. Joe Ka'l,amoto appeared relative to back rent of $150.00 and ji
rent of $5.00 per month for use of Quilcene Grange property being used by the County ;1
for gravel sto~k pile. This matter will !?e taken up with W. J. Daly, Prosecuting Attorn#y.
An easement was granted to W. K. Merridith and Margaret Merridi th for water line :1

Beginning at a point three (3) feet south ot: the south east
corner of Lot 1 Block 3, Shine Plat; thence west parallel to
the north line of Joan St. in the Second Shine Plat to a point
three (3) feet south of the southwest corner of Lot 4 block 3
Second Shine Plat; and also from a pornt three (3) feet north
of the northeast corner of Lot 3 block 2, Shine Plat; thence
west parallel to the south line of Joan St. to a point three
(3) feet north of the northwest oorner of lot 9 block 2, Second
Shine Plat. AND also beginning at a point in the south line of
lot 3 block 3, Second Shine glat which is 21.5 feet west of the
S. E. corner of the s8id lot 3; thence south fifty-se-,;-en (57)
