west line thereof to a point that is intersected by a line parallel to
and three ()) feet easterly from the west line of Olympus Boulevard
extendedj thence northerly along said line to a point that is three
hundred fifteen (315) feet northerly of the intersection formed by the
center line of Mats Mats County Road and Olympus Boulevardj thence at
an angle 450 to the right across said Olympus Boulevard to a point three
