WHEREAS' after due consideration, it appears to this Board of' County Commissioners, III
that it is not in the public interest to continue to maintain as part of the county road .1

and t~e:~oYnty Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed
thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract in accordande with
Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by ,this
ADOPTED this 18 day of Jumy, 1960.
