The Honorable Board of.Jefferson County Commissioners met at lO:OO A. M., with all member;; present. Application for EF liquor license was approved for Arthur L. Schultz, d/b/a 4 Corners' Grocery. Transferred from Eva Beatrice West and James Newton West. , Minutes ot the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. Lyall Arey made a motion that the Engineer~ As~istant Engineer and Prosecuting Attorney and Don MOrrision trom the Health Department, secure information for an Ordinance regard- ing platting of property. Motion seconded bJ Be~il Kruse. Motion carried. Mr. Ernest Schmidt, ~outh Point, appeared ~nd \rfas informed that the road crew would probably be in that area in October to ascertain the possibility of a road in to his property. Relative to platting County property, Resolution No. C-447 was signed as follows: RESOLUTION NO, C-447 I I BE IT RESOLVED anq th~ County Engineer ~s hereby directed, as soon as practicable, to furnish this Board Qf County Commissioners a minimum and/or basic set of regulations conforming with the provision of RCW 58.16.110. The County Engineer informed him they ~ould have to put culverts under approaches to the County Road before the plat can be accepted. A letter was received from W. J. Daly, Prosecuting Attorney for inotallation of an elevator at the Cour~ho~9. In that matter Lyall Arey made a motion, seconded by Bertil Kruse that the County Englneer confer with the Otis Elevator Company relative to the cost of the installation. I MAINTENANCE &.
